Conor Bishop


Hi, I’m Conor Bishop, and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 7 years, guiding more than 500 clients on their fitness journeys. My passion lies in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in a way that feels both attainable and rewarding.

I hold a Personal Training Diploma from UCD and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Behavioural Sciences, which has deepened my understanding of how people think, act, and stay motivated.


My athletic background has played a big role in shaping my approach to training. From swimming nationally at age 12 to competing in cross-country races during my teens and playing rugby with the Leinster Rugby Youth Academy, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible coaches. These experiences have taught me what it takes to succeed and how to adapt strategies to individual needs. 


Now in my 30s, my coaching philosophy centers around small, sustainable steps. I believe in starting with exercises you enjoy and building momentum from there. Using the latest science, I create tailored programs that deliver results while keeping things engaging and effective. To help clients stay motivated and accountable, I incorporate technology like fitness apps and smartwatches. These tools have been game-changers, allowing us to track progress and celebrate wins together. One thing I’m especially proud of is that none of my clients have ever regretted working with me. Prioritizing your health with a professional is always a step in the right direction.
